Fast & Fixed Same Day Implant
Fast & Fixed is a comprehensive system based on immediate implant placement in a toothless jaw, developed by Bredent Sky implants.
On the same day it allows tooth extraction, implant placement and immediate dental restoration. In a single day, the patients are enabled to eat immediately after surgery and participate in social life.
Thanks to angular placement of the implants, the local bone can be made optimal use of and perfect biomechanical support of the restoration is achieved.
Immediate loading of the restoration is enabled in combination with the connection of the bridge. The perfectly matched materials allow to fabricate the temporary restoration in less than 2 hours.
If you have one or more missing teeth or wear bridges or dentures, contact us to discuss dental implants. You owe it to yourself to discover how you can achieve an exquisite smile and confidence that comes with it!
Esthetic Dentistry
Dental Veneers
- Teeth that are discolored – either because of root canal treatment; stains from tetracycline or other drugs, excessive fluoride or other causes; or the presence of large resin fillings that have discolored the tooth
- Teeth that are worn down
- Teeth that are chipped or broken
- Teeth that are misaligned, uneven, or irregularly shaped (for example, have craters or bulges in them)
- Teeth with gaps between them (to close the space between these teeth)

Teeth Whitening
It is the elimination of color discolorations in the teeth due to the use of food and drinks (coffee, tea, cola, red wine, cigarettes) containing paint and some medications or aging.
Office bleaching: The dentist activates with a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide gel light source placed on the tooth surface, resulting in a two tone opening in tooth color between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Home bleaching: A carbamide peroxide gel placed in patient-specific, transparent molds is applied by the patient at home for at least 8 hours and 1-2 weeks a day.
Composite Or Tooth-Colored Fillings
The material, also known as white fillings, is a plastic blend of silicon dioxide particles. The first priority was used only in the front teeth. However, with the development ofmaterials in the last years, it has been successfully applied to the back teeth, becoming resistant to chewing pressure and wear.
Porcelain Fillings
The proper dental term for these is porcelain inlays however they perform the same function as a filling. The porcelain inlays that are used in dentistry are in fact made of an extremely high-strength feldspar quartz mixture which, when laminated or bonded onto the tooth, is extremely strong.
One of the disadvantages of porcelain inlays is that they are not immediate. White composite fillings can be made immediately in the dental chair whilst you are at the practice. Porcelain fillings need to be made by a highly skilled dental technician. This means that once we have removed the decay from your tooth we need to take a dental impression, this is then sent to the dental technician who can then make a porcelain inlay to fit into the cavity.
General Dentistry
Implant
It is a natural tooth-root imitation made of titanium, placed in the jawbone. The implant serves as an anchor for the prostheses or crowns to be placed on them. It can be applied in a wide frame from single tooth defects to total toothlessness.
Periodontal Treatments and Procedures
Periodontal diseases are chronic bacterial infections that affect bone, connective tissue and gums that support teeth. The most common complaints among periodontal diseases are gingivitis and periodontitis. The treatment of these serious infections, which can cause tooth loss when left untreated, can be categorized under two headings:
Non-surgical periodontal treatment:
Scaling and root planing is a careful cleaning of the root surfaces to remove plaque and calculus [tartar] from deep periodontal pockets and to smooth the tooth root to remove bacterial toxins. Scaling and root planing is sometimes followed by adjunctive therapy such as local delivery antimicrobials, systemic antibiotics, and host modulation, as needed on a case-by-case basis.
Periodontal Surgery
A periodontal pocket reduction procedure has been recommended because you have pockets that are too deep to clean with daily at-home oral hygiene and a professional care routine. Reduced pockets and a combination of daily oral hygiene and professional maintenance care increase your chances of keeping your natural teeth – and decrease the chance of serious health problems associated with periodontal disease.
Orthodontic Treatment
Orthodontic treatment involves correcting malocclusion, which is the misalignment of a bite or incorrect spacing between teeth.
In some cases, you may have to wear headgear at night as well as a brace, and you may also need to have some teeth removed as part of your treatment.
The length of treatment will depend on how complicated the problem is, but it’s usually between 18 and 24 months.
Periodontal Plastic Surgery Procedures
Do you feel your teeth look too short and your smile is too gummy or your gums cover too much of some teeth while leaving the others the right length? If so, dental crown lengthening might be the solution for you. During this procedure, excess gum tissue is removed to expose more of the crown of the tooth. Then your gumline is sculpted to give your new smile just the right look.
Sometimes gum recession causes the tooth root to become exposed, which makes your teeth look long and can make you look older than you are. This recession can happen as a result of a variety of causes, including periodontal diseases.
Tooth loss can cause an indentation in the gums and jawbone where the tooth used to be. This happens because the jawbone recedes when it no longer is holding a tooth in place. Not only is this indention unnatural looking, it also causes the replacement tooth to look too long compared to the adjacent teeth. Ridge augmentation can fill in this defect recapturing the natural contour of the gums and jaw. A new tooth can then be created that is natural looking, easy to clean and beautiful.
Gum grafts can be used to cover roots or develop gum tissue where absent due to excessive gingival recession. During gum graft surgery, your periodontist takes gum tissue from your palate or another donor source to cover the exposed root. This can be done for one tooth or several teeth to even your gum line and reduce sensitivity.

Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment, also known as endodontic treatment, is the process of removing infected, injured or dead pulp from your tooth. The space inside the hard layers of each tooth is called the root canal system.
Most root canal treatments are successful. But in some rare cases, a second root canal treatment is needed. This is called retreatment. When retreating a tooth, the root canal filling material is taken out, and the canal is recleaned, reshaped and refilled.
Root canal surgery: Sometimes root canal surgery is needed when a regular root canal treatment cannot be done or when it has not worked.
Is an Implant Right For Me?
A secure, long-term smile solution, implants are ideal for people of all ages who have lost teeth due to injury, periodontal disease or other causes. A Dental implant can even replace a full set of missing teeth, certain types of bridges, and removable partial dentures.
The best implant candidates are those with healthy gums, good general oral health, a strong commitment to oral hygiene, and enough bone near the missing teeth for the implants to attach securely to the jaw. Even if you are not an ideal candidate, there are various procedures including bone grafting and sinus augmentation that can help prepare your mouth to accept implants.
